At THE TRUNK, we provide trunk rooms that prioritize our customers’ safety and peace of mind.
We also offer a variety of room types, capable of storing everything from small items to bicycles and bookshelves.

Security & Safety

When storing valuable items, it’s natural to feel uneasy about buildings that are accessible to anyone or poorly lit.
At THE TRUNK, entry is restricted to those with a security card.
In addition, 36 security cameras are installed throughout the building.
During the day, staff patrol the premises, and we also have a contract with the major security company SECOM, so you can use our facilities with peace of mind even at night.

2. Comfortable Storage with Air Conditioning

Outdoor container-type trunk rooms have no air conditioning in the summer, and on rainy days, humidity can create an environment prone to mold.
This can be concerning when storing items sensitive to humidity, such as clothing, books, or musical instruments.
THE TRUNK offers indoor trunk rooms with climate control to maintain a consistent temperature for secure storage.

3. Initial Costs

Many container or trunk room services require various fees or security deposits at the time of application.
At THE TRUNK, these fees are not required, providing a customer-friendly pricing system.

4. On-Site Staff

Staff are present at the facility during the day, so if time allows, you can receive guidance and complete your contract on the same day, enabling immediate use.
Any questions or concerns can be addressed right away, giving you peace of mind.

5. Pickup & Delivery Service

Once a month, by reservation, our staff can pick up or deliver your items.
